About this property

5 Bedroom house with a Hot Tub and Home Theater!

  • You are going to love this conveniently located 5 bedroom house.

    Sink into the hot tub off the master suite after a long day of hiking or skiing. Enjoy watching movies on the 65" 4K TV with complete surround sound. While you are down there, cook up some popcorn on the old fashion popcorn cart. Bring your golf clubs with as Collindale golf course is a short walk from the house! If golfing is not your sport, enjoy the newly remolded Foothills mall just down the street.

    The 5 bedrooms will give you ample space and will sleep plenty of friends and family. Here is each room arrangements:
    Master Suite - Queen Bed
    Large room upstairs - King Bed
    Small room upstairs - Bunk bed with a Full on the bottom and Twin on the top
    Downstairs Bedroom 1 - 2 Full Beds
    Downstairs Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed

    We love animals and we welcome your dogs to stay with you. The house is equipped with a dog door to the dog run so your pups can do there duties without you needing to let them out. Unfortunately, we have members of our family that are allergic to cats. Because of this the only domestic pets we can allow are dogs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    We respect and love our neighbors. Because of this, we do not allow smoking on the property. There is a neighborhood commons area 100 yards from the house that you are more than welcome to smoke at. We thank you and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please note: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Thank you!

    New in 2021 - A new ping pong table (and some really boring exterior plumbing work :D)
    In 2022, we pulled out all the stops when we completely remodeled our kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, a drop in sink with excellent accessories and a subway tile backsplash!
