Breakfast was sad! Nothing much and all looked sparse despite being there only about 30-45 min after the start. Roach in our room. Staff missing in action or not committed to service. Defo NOT worth the cost! Spend a tiny bit more and go someplace clean with actual breakfast.

Despite the stickers in the bathrooms saying that the towels would be changed everyday, no house keeping was done for rooms where you were staying multiple days. No new coffee cups, no towels, not even a quick vacuum. It was fine, but not really.

The couch I paid for was absolutely filthy in black and dirty so we did not use it for our company at all... It was horrible to have paper cups instead of glasses.... Upon entering the communication between Expedia and days and was horrible as it related to payment and resulted in a big argument that the service that this person did not seem to understand.... The Visit makes me never want to return there and we go there every year for our anniversary.

Great if you drive an EV: although the hotel offers no charging opportunities (boo), it’s right next door to a KwikTrip with a full array of high speed Tesla chargers. Location, location!! HVAC substandard: individual room cooling keeps the rooms perpetually damp.

Nothing against the staff, the room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor (and we have a child with a severe food allergy so this is just unacceptable) bathroom had long black hairs on the floor. The sheet was piling, the room was muggy for the first 12 hours of our stay, it smelled damp, the carpet was sticky & left a black coating on the bottom of our feet (we know it was the carpet because we all had showered) The Wi-Fi was very slow. The pool looked murky & the hot tub was broken. If I was them, I’d search for a new cleaning lady for sure… even the bathroom floor turned the towel on the floor gray.

From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again.

The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with.

Upon check in I was asked for an email and phone number. No reason given, and no notification provided they were signing me up for a rewards program I did not want. Over the course of the next four days I received five text messages and seven emails about my stay prompting me for a review three times, and many times about a rewards program I could not cancel. I have filed a complaint with Days Inn about this practice and left a similar review elsewhere.

The place was a great cheap hotel. Only issue I had was the breakfast. They serve scrambled eggs cold in a cooler, in discs. I guess you’re supposed to microwave your eggs? Small breakfast selection. I did not see Orange juice There is a a waffle press. Individual wrapped bagels was a plus but very few. This place would be perfect with a better breakfast bar. But for $97 a night. It was still worth it.
