Located on Hadlock Lake in Fort Ann, NY, this lakefront vacation rental sits on 1 acre of private land and is one of the few properties with a large private yard, a walk-in sandy beach, and a 6-person outdoor hot tub! It is a perfect year-round vacation spot. The two docks have space for a 22' boat and are also an excellent place for early morning fishing. The dock space and beach are private to the home. Enjoy the floating dock for swimming and more! There's a BBQ available for outdoor cooking, upper and lower patios near the water, and a waterfront firepit for late-night campfires. This Adirondack vacation rental sleeps ten people and has a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized porch overlooking the lake, a custom-built stone fire pit, and a large yard. This home has four bedrooms, two of which are king with sliding glass doors, and one is on the main level. The third bedroom features a custom twin bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. The last bedroom has a twin over full bed. The home also has two full baths, a washer and dryer, A/C, and two living rooms with lake views. The living room showcases a stunning electric fireplace, serving as a sophisticated focal point that adds warmth and ambiance. The detached bar/game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, dartboard, and a large porch with lake views, perfect for small gatherings. This vacation rental is pet-friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Enjoy all the lake offers by renting kayaks or paddleboards; ask us how. There are good hiking trails within two miles. This lakefront rental is minutes from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is 40 minutes, and Albany Airport is 1 hour, close to all activities yet away from it all. \*\*\*Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed\*\*\* This has to be done in order for you to receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm. You must be 25 years old or older to book. 2 dogs are allowed, a max of 40 pounds. My extended family of 10 stayed four nights at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The property was extremely clean and very well-managed. The lake was a beautiful backdrop and served as a great source of fun from canoeing (included with the stay), to fishing from the dock for bluegill and small mouth bass, to just enjoying a campfire on the shore. The game room was a major hit. Almost all games were fully intact and operational, which is not usually the case with a vacation rental. We had such a blast playing games in the evening. The host was gracious and almost immediate with all responses. All needs were met and everything was executed perfectly. I cannot recommend this property enough! You will love it. ##### Ralph B. We’ve rented so many other places that the pots/pans etc are low quality or they don’t have the kitchen well stocked. Not the case here! We cooked every meal, hardly left the house in 3 days! Plenty to do even with the cold weather. Spent hours in the gaming garage, lots of hot tub time, and fishing off the dock. Board games, laughter, and time to connect in a very cozy, peaceful cottage. Downstairs shower barely had a trickle and same went for the kitchen sink. Tons of mold inside the washing machine. The supplies were average - some things like the can opener could use an upgrade. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was breathtaking. The house and grounds were beautiful, and every detail was better than the next. This was a last minute trip with only my family of four. While the house was way too large for us (sleeping over 10) we enjoyed our stay and choose this property as it was pet friendly and had tons of add ons such as the jacuzzi, a game room and of course the lake. This was the first time we stayed at a property in which we decided to bring our big along so we were a bit wary but overall had a good time. The house was pet friendly and clean so our dog had a great time too! The location was serene, peaceful and picture perfect. We enjoyed kayaking (rental was so easy and they were waiting for us when we arrived) and fishing. The game room was a favorite hang out spot with a great Sunday breakfast on the game room porch! We loved our recent stay at this lake house! The house had all the amenities we needed with a dock, fire pit, and hot tub. The back game room was amazing and we had so much fun playing pool, shuffleboard and darts.
