Which is good, because the place was a little worse for the wear. The kitchen had water damage to the floor which was making the boards come up. The A/C was questionably working. The tv in the queen room without the connecting bathroom did not work. No light in the fridge. The grass was high and would have been nice to have cut prior to our visit.
