"Warm welcome and comfortable room, with clean, pleasant shared bathroom and access to a kitchen where I microwaved my porridge for breakfast. The meals in the restaurant are particularly recommended (have had several times without staying in last few years), and there's a real ale beer, always a bonus!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bridge. Lovely comfy huge bed! Beautiful bedroom. It was quiet and great location - very short walk to pubs, restaurants and local shops. The staff member we met not sure if it was the owner was very welcoming. Delicious full breakfast. Will definitely be back there. "

"Marie is a fabulous hostess! She was waiting for us outside in the back yard. She even helped unload and carry in the luggage. The room had an ensuite. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is right off the road and so easy to find! The kitchen was well equipped. "

One to try as a base if touring in the area,
"Fantisic stay wih friendly,helpfull and lovely staff. Excellent food with large portions,and great choice and standard of catering.Basic but adequate rooms comfortable and equipped will all basic requirement to cover an overnight or longer.we stayed for 3nights using hotel as base for touring the local area and were extremely happy with our time there and would recommend others to give it a try.The only Public Bar in the village but make you so welcome."
