We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday.

"Extremely disappointed that the swimming pool was like swamp. We were not informed of this when we booked the hotel or upon arrival. It was 35 °C ( 100 °F) and we specifically booked a hotel with a pool. Get your act together! Be a good communicator at the very least."
