Beautiful setting, very welcoming and helpful staff

The hotel was excellent in all aspects. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the view was spectacular and the pools were relaxing. However it was the staff that made the experience quite unforgettable. Pietro and his family were super helpful and generous. The breakfast had plenty of choices. My whole family loved it. Grazie mille!

Lovely breakfast and location. The restaurant for food was also brilliant

I've picked this hotel because it is literally 10min walk to Negombo and it has several pools with warm sea water & thermal water. We've booked a Seaview room which had a truly amazing view and at that moment it was all I needed to rest my mind. The room itself isn't very big, but enough to accommodate two people. The shower room is pretty big, tiles slightly cracked in some places, shower isn't the most modern one, but does its job well. We didn't have any troubles with pressure or lack of hot...

An amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean, with an amazing view. It is located centrally within Forio, in a safe and beautiful area, with plenty of things to do and easy transport. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and really add to the experience! Our phone was even kept safe and returned after forgetting it in the restaurant outside area. Must go! 10/10 experience in beautiful Ischia. Thank you very much!

If you are after Quality beauty and health treatments- Sorriso is THE place. Wonderful facials, outstanding massages, and absolutely top professional no-mercy physio. I needed post-shoulder-operation recovery, and Sorriso spa intensive treatments worked miracles. Combined with mineral water swimming pools at the hotel and nearby Poseidon Park (fantastic..!) even a 9 day stay produced outstanding results. I didn’t care about little inconveniences like room size etc; the hotel is clean, lots of...

We travelled with a guide dog which is always an interesting experience even in the UK. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and after an initial misunderstanding were really accommodating and included beach shuttles and dropping us at the ferry terminal. We opted for the B&B option although did eat in the hotel on the 1st evening. The food was fine but I enjoyed finding other places on the island to explore and eat.

My visit was to attend the Gardens La Mortella, and to hear four pupils from a Manchester Music School. Hotel Villa Franca is family run, clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is also extremely good value for money. Next time I stay I hope to be there for a month. Quite, quite beautiful and soooo relaxing : perfect.

Above my expectations, definitely will be coming back, accessible to everything, beach beautiful, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Property absolutely beautiful.

pretty, peaceful, little hotel. recently redecorated in and out. nice gardens. every thing clean and tidy. helpful staff. food not to my taste but plenty of it and reasonably priced. size of hotel restricts amenities. beach in view but accessed by steep passage or bus, so best suited to more active people. Downside, steep access road, and water not drinkable. all water had to be purchased . I would suggest slight increase in rates and supply some bottled water to guests. P.S. could have done...
