"The lace is lovely and very close to Mont St Michelle. The proprietor is very kind and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful and the host is very engaging. The room is clean and quiet with a big bed and nice bathroom. I would highly recommend."

"The property is wonderful. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. The beds were comfy. We did have to pay extra for bedding and towels, but they were clean and fresh. I may have missed that in the original description. The backyard is beautiful, and village is lovely."

"Really lovely Gite for small family in a remote location and ideal for visiting mont st michel… would recommend a car as not much to be found in the local village Sougeal. Gite was fully equipped with comfortable beds, modern shower facilities and fully equipped kitchen. The teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and too. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend "

"Rooms are above a Tabac which closes at 7pm (9pm on a Friday). You get the key for the bar/shop which you go through to access the back stairs to the rooms, taking care not to trigger the alarm behind the counter - it’s very loud!! No other bars/restaurants in the village; nearest “life” is in Combourg although there is a fabulous boulangerie across the square."
