"Absolute Perfection for Large Groups!Our family of 18 had the most incredible vacation! This house was absolutely perfect for our large group, offering every single amenity imaginable and more.Here is why we loved it:The Ultimate Game Room: Our college boys spent almost all their time here playing endless rounds of pool and ping pong.Pure Relaxation: My sister and I loved unwinding in the gorgeous pool and hot tub after long mornings of kayaking.Chef's Dream Setup: Having a second downstairs kitchen was a total lifesaver for prepping multiple meals for a big crowd at the same time.Backyard Paradise: The outdoor amenities were fantastic, featuring the perfect mix of sun, shade, and tons of seating for an epic family cookout.Bonus Perks: Free Netflix and Prime subscriptions made our family movie nights incredibly easy and fun.Unbeatable Location: We were super close to downtown and just minutes away from our favorite local hangout, The Ali Bar!If you have a big group, book this place immediately. We cannot wait to come back!"

"It was very clean and we were happy with it. The only challenge was the bathtub. It was not located very conveniently and really needed some hand grips or bars and also there was not a hairdryer. Those were the only two things that really bothered me."

"The property was perfect for a family of four. It was very clean and comfortable. The two AC units worked well in 90 degree heat. The house was very close to the water. It was an easy walk to the beach. Our kids and dog had a great time on the beach. This beach/water was the best I have seen on lake Huron. Very clear in calm conditions. Just bring water shoes for the rocks. The only problem was at the beach. There were a ton of flies when we were there (early July). They bite so we couldn't sit on the beach much. Once we were in the water, it was much better. Overall it was a wonderful trip."

"The house was great, and having the golf cart was a plus. We are up there for my son‘s wedding. Which was at the wedding house. We were able to come and go with the golf cart. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anybody staying in the area."

Lakefront Forestville Paradise w/ Private Beach!

"Great trip, Great Communication with a few wants but I'd love to stay here again.Love the View and house. You really don't need to bring anything except maybe an air fryer. The beach was great and we loved walking to the city beach with some coffee in morning.Black flies are frequent this time of year near the water and I'd bring a fogger next time but only wife got bit.Grandkids loved the stay and the house was very clean and inviting. Great amenities (washer, dryer,wifi) air conditioning was perfect on couple of hot days but Forestville is much cooler than at home and we love that. We like to rock hunt and we found great Petosky stones right in front of house. We didn't get a chance to use Gas Grill but a nice one by the looks. We spent all day outside but what a nice house and covered patio to come back to ."
