"Checking in was easy, everything was explained clearly. Accessing the accommodation was easy! A very central location allows for lots of exploring of the city and Battery Point. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette were well equipped and cleanly presented. Definitely will choose St Ives again, should I revisit Hobart (which I hope to do!) Thank you!"

"Clean rooms, nice mix of old and new, great views over the harbour and lovely staff. Food was pretty good too. Super convenient for Hobart Centre. "

"We were central to everything we needed to go to. Shops were a 5 minute walk, food was a 5 minute walk, Room was clean, tidy & comfortable. We had a birds eye view right across the city into parts of the harbour. Breakfast was enormous & delicious. Plenty to choose from. Very happy with my stay at the Travelodge Hobart!"

"Hadleys is a gorgeous old hotel but is starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the guest rooms. Nothing that would affect your stay, though. The front desk staff were lovely and very eager to help. The cleaners were a bit lax, doing the bare minimum. The bins were emptied and the towels replaces but they didn't replace mini bar items (which I'd have been charged for if I hadn't noticed) and they definitely didn't change the sheets. The staff in the bar weren't really on the ball. I ordered a tea but had to remind them then ask for milk and sugar to go with it. The hotel wasn't really accessible. There were steps at the main entrance and a disabled entrance with a lift but you needed to contact a staff member to operate the lift for you, so not really good for independent travel. No desk or space to eat in the hotel room."

"Inundated with upsell messages before trip. Hotel staff neither responds to emails sent or answers or returns phone calls. Staff doesn't understand being VIP property or recognizes Gold members. Shuttle service only available in the morning not for when flights arrive. Don't choose if your criteria is a shuttle service. "

"Staff super helpful. Hotel was nice, no fuss, nothing went wrong and well positioned. Better than Hotel Grand Chancellor and good value. "
