In the hamlet Xino 2 km from the centre of Fonteno, 6 km from the centre of Riva di Solto, in a sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), 6 km from the lake, south-east facing position. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access (ramp). Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 1 km, ferry "Riva di Solto" 6 km, thermal baths "Boario Terme" 28 km. Nearby attractions: Lovere 11 km, Sarnico 25 km, Franciacorta (DOCG wine region) 30 km, Iseo 35 km, Bergamo 41 km, Milano 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
