Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

Air conditioning was disabled as they explained they do this in the off season, but it was a hot day and night so it was extremely hot in our room and we couldn’t sleep. No solutions were provided. Bathroom was also odd and small. Like a plastic pod. No fan inside so when you shower it’s like a steam ...

I liked everything except the check in process. Even though the people at the front were very helpful and mostly did everything why can't they just do it all instead of tired travelers fumbling through this process. The food and drinks were great, clean rooms and hotel. I would stay here again.
