Great stay
We were in town for a soccer tournament for my 2 teens & had family with us. It was a great, short stay! The toilet in the hall was leaking a little & I text the number I was given. I didn't get a response, but we just laid a towel under the tank. And there was only 5 plates to accommodate 8 guests. There were also some pillow cases missing from a few of the pillows. We did use paper plates and these weren’t too big of issues for us! The property was clean and suited us for the weekend!

Not great
There is a strong mildew smell. Large ants were found crawling across the floor in many locations. The pool keys did not work. We could not get the remotes and the tv to work. Articles were found under the bed from the previous renter. I did contact the host to see if we could at least get instructions on the tv and an alternate way to get into the pool. But we received no response through the duration of our stay. Better communication may have been able to resolve at least some of our issues with the condo.

Great location to shops and eating!!!!
We enjoyed not having to drive 20 minutes to eat or shop. The condo is located just behind grocery stores and shopping. The tenant above the condo doesnt walk gently so it can be heard when it is quiet, but it was not bothersome. The pool is amazing and relaxing with the sound of the waterfall, and it was never too crowded. The rooms have awesome closet space for storing and hanging clothes.

Nice place! Great location
We were there for a sports tournament. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The patio was accidentally left dirty by cleaning crew, but a check in by the management staff to inquire about our stay allowed us to have that addressed immediately. We had to extend an additional day and the management crew was nice enough to help with that. It would have been more convenient to have a late check out option for an additional fee.

Girls week
We had a wonderful time. Love the pool! Very nice location. we plan to stay her again. The mattress in the back bedroom sinks in the middle. We put 4 towels in the indentation to level it out and let the property manager know.

I would stay here again, nice apartment and spacious. Pool is really nice and quiet area. Only negative thing was the cleanliness, it was clean but dishes was left in dish washer and linen was still in the dinner. But overall good place to stay.

Overall, a very positive experience. Upon arriving, we noticed a musty/mildew odor. We spent our first evening cleaning and deodorizing the condo. After a day, the odor was still noticeable. We reported the matter to the property manager, who responded timely and addressed the matter to our satisfaction. The condo is centrally located near shopping and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our 6+ week stay and very much appreciated the property management company’s assistance throughout our stay. We would gladly stay again!

Good location. Could improve some things.
Overall good stay. Unit could be better with some repairs or deep cleaning (air vents, cabinetry, remotes, outdoor patio). The day of checkout there was a LOUD vehicle who arrived at 8:45, parked, and waited for us to leave. Upon leaving at 10am, the people in the vehicle turned off the ignition and walked to the door. I felt it was very inappropriate to sit and wait with their noisy engine running just outside our window.

Everything was great! Only thing I would recommend is that they change the vents. They are a rusted.

Good Place to stay
This condo was nice spacious and clean….great location to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The complex was safe, clean and the pool was great. Will consider this location on our next visit to Gulf Shores next year.

Just as expected
Property was very clean. Neighborhood very quiet. There was only one coffee mug, so we had to go buy styrofoam cups, but there's a Walmart and Publix very close by - and everything else you could possibly need, so no big deal. Very spacious!

Prefect Vacation Spot
It was the perfect location and spot and we loved the location but the only problem was didnt have enough trash bags. Also need more bathing towels and dry towels need small wash cloth instead of the huge ones to baths and the furniture on the patio was dirty it needs to be washed or sprayed down clean..The noise from upstairs was horrible they was walking so loud and seem like they was going to come down on top of us, but overall the stay was nice and the place was just like we imagined..we will be returning back

Very spacious, aproximately 20 minutes to the beach
The rental was great and being on the ground floor allowed for easy moving of luggage and miscellaneous things into the condo. Kitchen was well furnished and we had no issues when it came to cooking what we brought. The interior of the place was clean. The only things that kept me from putting 5 stars is that the patio room contained pet hairs on the seats that caused my son and I cause our allergies to flair up. The second thing that gave us some problems was that the 400 building was not marked on the parking lot side and the posted room numbers on the stairs started in the 100's instead of the expected 400's. Fortunately, my brother was able to figure it out and helped us to finally get settled. I didn't take away a star because of the next thing I'd like to share. I've never lived in a condo or an apartment with people living above us. Unfortunately, the tenants above us either had young children or they were prone to be stomping around their room after 9pm. We were able to get to sleep but I don't know what we could do to get them to not be so loud.

Nice property
This property is very nice. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is updated, bathrooms are a nice size. Some things to consider. 1. Consider people still hand wash their dishes. There was no drying rack, no kitchen washcloths Or scrub pads. You may want to consider more than 4 dinner plates for a unit that size. Also, the dishwasher did not open up the detergent from the last wash, so I’m assuming we ate off unclean dishes the first time. I loosened it for our wash upon leaving and hoped for the best. (which was the only time we used the dishwasher). 2. The unit was clean enough. I absolutely love the flooring!! But, the commode in the main bathroom had not been wiped down at the bottom, and there was a hanging comb left on the shower curtain. With the amount charged for cleaning this should not happen (especially now with Covid-19). 3. No bath mats (that I found) for stepping out of the shower onto a hard tile surface. This is an accident waiting to happen. 4. Numerous people commented on the neighbors upstairs child. This was not a problem for us because we aren’t really bothered by kids running. But, for some it would be a nuisance. It calmed down around 11-11:30p.m. One positive is that you cannot hear voices inside the unit from upstairs, and I know they were loud because I could hear them outside. Overall, it was a great place to stay, easy communication (texting was spot on), close to just about anything you want to do, and comfortable. Thank you for renting to us and allowing our Phoebe to stay too. She had fun chasing the lizards and squirrels.

World Series
This property was great! It was convenient to everything we needed to access while in town for our daughter's World Series. It was very clean and the bed was soooo comfortable!! I didn't want to leave! The only complaint I have is that it did not come with an iron or ironing board and it was not stated in the items we needed to bring, so we were running around Gulf Shores wrinkled. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Gulf Shores and can't afford to stay directly at the beach. It also has pool access which we weren't able to utilize due to the softball schedule.

Extended weekend
My daughter and her family, as well as myself, completely enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. It's away from the hustle and bustle but only minutes away from it all. Extremely well appointed apartment with freshly updated interiors made us feel comfortable and able to relax and unwind. Only drawback, our upstairs neighbors were VERY heavy footed and sounded like a herd of cattle well into the night. We spoke with the gentleman from that apartment who assured us that he would make an effort to reduce the noise. Sad to say, those were empty words. But, we didn't come out here to stay inside all day! We enjoyed everything we went there for and were tired enough to sleep despite the ruckus. Probably won't book here again but we made great memories with our family!
