Spring break 2024
We spent our annual family vacation in foley this year and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and bedding. The younger kids were able to play outside without fear of traffic and the old kids were able to have their own space when they needed to get away for some peace and quiet. The patio was a huge perk and made sitting outside peaceful and relaxing. We all learned how to play foozball too! We had family dinners and spent the week together feeling right at home!

A wonderful stay
This was our second time staying at the property and it was definitely great! They had updated the furniture since we were last there and also gotten new beds in two of the rooms! Unfortunately we had a mishap with the air on our last night, but the property manager was quick to act and had a repair man there before we left! It’s a very spacious house and it’s big enough for a nice family stay! Thank you for accommodating our crew! We will definitely book again in the future!

Plenty of room
We had a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. We utilized the nice outdoor covered area more than inside. I loved the privacy and the kids had room to play without worrying about any traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Kenneth I am so sorry about the lipstick. If I had known I would have sent my cleaners out to replace. We don’t take linens off to keep up with what goes in which room. I also did not know about clothes.

Exactly as described
This property is clearly laid out by the owner. It is an older home that is very well maintained for cleanliness and comfort. It was absolutely perfect for our volleyball weekend. Considering it's location it is a great fit for anyone who has a bunch of kids participating at the Foley Sports Complex (think that is what it is called!). I can envision a group of 8-10 year old boys absolutely LOVING this wooded location!! Make note that the only things provided in terms of disposables is 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, salt and pepper. There were however an abundance of trash bags! We would absolutely stay here again. Sonya was very quick to communicate and was even able to let us get in a bit early when dropped on her last minute.

Great Location
This was located in the perfect location for attractions in Foley. We went to OWA. The house was very clean. The rooms were all of good size. Everyone had plenty of space to roam about the house.

Yes this is an older home but well kept. Not sure what repairs you are referring to , but please message me and let me know. We did a big remodel last year. Tucked away And Basic
The granite countertops are about the newest thing on the property. Everything about the place was outdated. Place needs a facelift, paint, proper flooring, and don’t even get me started about the outlets and light switches! Very irritating. The master bedroom is spacious but the bathroom is small. Master bed was decent. The 2 other queen bedroom beds were hard as a rock. One of my guests had to purchase a mattress topper (which she is being reimbursed for) but it didn’t really help. Kids bunk room was perfect for our kids. They had their own TV and that was helpful. Internet was good but the satellite TV was garbage. Stick to streaming cause the satellite package was waayyy basic. Be prepared to bring everything you usually use in your kitchen for prepping food. This place was bones when it came to cooking supplies. Lastly, the place needs a new pest control exterminator. There were spiders everywhere, ants in the bunk room, a roach in Master Bedroom, and small black beetles found through out the house. The property manager was quick to communicate with us and to try to solve our issues but the honest truth is the place needs some work before another tenant rents it.

Kristen, we do have a contract with an exterminator. We do live out in the woods and there will be some pest sorry that you had that problem. In the listing we do list the home is an older home but we did do a major remodel about eight months ago we replaced all the bathroom fixtures, handles, tile the bathrooms the bathtubs all new fixtures everywhere and in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. We did lay down new granite and paint the kitchen cabinets. . We do supply the first of everything when you come like one roll Of toilet paper and paper towel to get you started including garbage bags and soap etc on bath rooms. Due to Covid we do not stock the cabinets with any type of spices or any types of salt pepper shakers or anything like that so it is left up to the guest to bring. I have never had a complaint on the beds until you had said something, so I appreciate you letting us know as sometimes when guest do not tell us something is wrong with we do not know the correct it. We do have dish TV so it’s a satellite company all the remote should’ve been labeled and in the proper rooms. Sorry that you had problems with that as well I would’ve been glad to come over and helped with anything that you had an issue with if I had known. There are only two switches that are confusing but everything should’ve been labeled on each light switch of where it was going. We just added the decking overhead shed outside over the grills about three weeks ago so we are constantly doing upgrades. We just put a new roof on it after Sally so we are constantly doing upgrades on this older home. Thanks

We enjoyed the stay. The house was very big so it was perfect for our group. Everybody has a bed to sleep. The house is very private and loved waking up to the sound of cows in the morning. We will come back for sure for our next soccer tournament.

Best Vacation Rental EVER
The host is truly a premier host, the house was clean, everything was working properly. We were there for soccer tournament. It was a very pleasant and uneventful stay. Would definitely recommend and rent again if in the area. This is the best stay at a VRBO property I have had and as a traveling nurse I have had a number of them.

Nice location but needs some work
The location is perfect. Host was really nice and responded fast. House is in need of some updates. Some doors didn't work properly, we tried to run the dishwasher and it just leaked, which caused us extra work and money, also internet wasn't working. We contacted the host and she was nice, but nothing was fixed due to our short stay. Nice for a lot of people staying for a short time, but wouldn't stay long, you can get a place on the beach for not much more due to all of the fees.

We did call the internet provider and internet was down in our area the day you were here. My apologies as I did try very hard. We also called a repair guy for dishwasher. The house is dated and we are now able to do some updates now that the season is slowing down. I am sorry for your experience at our property. Sonya

The host was very responsive, and it was centrally located in proximity to every thing, but when we arrived at the property, there were coach roaches inside the oven’s clock so we choose not to stay.

We did take care of this issue. I am sorry these pest got inside as they do come in from grocery bags and other ways. We always spray and have it was done professionally.

The house was great on the inside I loved being able to sit outside an enjoy the fire pit with my family I do however had a few concerns we were told to use the keypad an an the jays would be hanging on the door knob when we arrived the door was unlocked an key was laying on table also one of the blades were broken on one of the ceiling fans in the livingroom therefore we couldn't either one of them, also their were a few cockroaches that we had to kill but over all the place was great

Brittany, my apologies on key my cleaner must have put it inside and forgot to put back on door knob. We live right next door so it is no problem for us to keep an eye on property. The Yale door locking system is new to us and we are still learning the system so we leave a key just in case until we get more familiar. We did spray for roaches a few weeks ago so a few may still be coming out. We do live in a very wooded area and sometimes we spray often. I am sorry . The ceiling fan needs to be replaced as a guest broke it. Thanks so staying with us and hope you will again Sonya

In the middle of the everything
This property was very clean. They had TVs in every room with WiFi and satellite tv. I love how spacious it was and how seating was available throughout the home. OWA was down the street and the resultant s were 1-10 mins away. Gulf shores beach was approx 10 mins. They had everything you could’ve thought of(grill, ac, self serve laundry, dishes and a dishwasher. We had so much space.

Quiet Area Home
It felt like we were in the country. It was great. We really enjoyed the wildlife. One of the neighbors had a deer that thinks its a cow. We also seen a great horned owl, a fox with a cub and lots of squirrels. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The home is a very functional 4 bedroom home with a large back yard that has a fire ring. We really enjoyed it.
