"Hot breakfast, bacon, egg gravy, biscuit and fresh waffles, fresh fruit, and the usual cold breakfast stuff. The hotel should add pictures of the breakfast to their listing. Very well lit-up parking area. Clean and otherwise as expected. Can also recommend the Mason Jar Sport bar & Restaurant about 2 miles from the hotel."

"Beautiful property, very private setting. The hiking trail on the property was well laid out and quite challenging and scenic. Cell service (we were on Verizon) is spotty at best at the house and around the property, so working remotely would be a challenge. Everything was perfect for an off-the-grid getaway!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Coffee Grounds in Fancy Gap. Although there isn't a mountain view, it was quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the wind move through the trees and watching the visiting deer. The cabin was very spacious for the three of us, with plenty of room for more guests. It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. There's a key card hanging by the door that can be used to open the gate. While there's no AC, fans were provided and kept us comfortable. Close to Mabry Mills, Mount Airy, and Pilot Mountain."

"Wonderful experience! Everything was so easy, and the cabin is absolutely charming. It’s perfect for somebody that just wants to really reconnect with themselves, enjoy family and experience some breathtaking views. The whole area of fancy gap, meadows of Dan and the small towns surrounding the area make it such a wonderful trip for those who like to explore., love art and music. We had an absolute ball. Darlene and Peter were perfect hosts."
