House located in a peaceful hamlet of Florimont, next to the owners' holiday home. A lovely 1000 m² garden, currently being landscaped, offers views of the valley and several reading and relaxation areas.  
  
Kitchen, living and dining room with dining area, oven, gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sofa, TV, internet access, and wood-burning stove.  
Separate WC with laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.  
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed; hallway leading to a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be joined together, shower room with walk-in shower, and separate WC.  
Beautiful covered terrace with barbecue, facing a charming private saltwater swimming pool (4x4 m, 1.34 m deep), secured by an alarm and safety cover, open from June to the end of September.  
Outdoor shower, ping-pong table, 2 parking spaces on the property. Baby equipment: changing mat, travel cot, high chair. A few kilometers south of the Céou Valley, this gîte charms with its typical Périgord stone architecture and its bright interior in soft hues. Here, each season has its own charm: a warm atmosphere in winter, a soothing light in summer. You will stay in the heart of an exceptional region, close to the iconic sites of the Dordogne Valley: castles, gardens, listed villages, and opportunities for barge trips or canoeing. At the gateway to the Lot region, discover Rocamadour, Padirac, or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. An invitation to explore one of France's most beautiful heritage sites
