Excellent location: 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the main restaurants and shops in the neighborhood of Ingleses do Rio Vermelho. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, clothing stores and even a locker. Condominium closed, with electronic security inputs and 24/7 concierge service. Condominium offers swimming pool for children and swimming pool for adults. Children can also play in the playground area. There is a car parking space in the underground garage. Apartment is fully equipped. Each room has air conditioning unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV on the wall. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment also offers a living room with sofa bed that accommodates two adults. In the living room there is a flat screen TV. It has two balconies with wonderful unobstructed ocean views. The main balcony, with access through the living room, has a charcoal barbecue. Skewers and other utensils are available. A barbecue with the view and sea breeze is' something unforgettable! The kitchen is fully equipped. It has refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, pans, dishes and cutlery for six people. Sentimos falta e solicitamos uma jarra com espremador de laranja/limão e de secador de cabelos 220V, mas não fomos atendidos.
