This is one of the loft units we rent, newly built, super new and comfortable. They are located on the upper floor of the building which is on the same property as the owner's house. Excellent location for those who want to enjoy the beaches of the east side of the island, especially Joaquina Beach (1.6 km), Mole Beach (2.1 km), Lagoa da Conceição (1 km) and Barra da Lagoa (4 km), thus avoiding the heavy traffic coming from the city centre. We are located 3.6 km from the centre of Lagoa da Conceição. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Distance from Florianópolis International Airport: 17.7 km. The place is very quiet, located on a dead-end street with almost no vehicle traffic. A beautiful night's sleep, super quiet, waking up to the sound of birds. If you feel like sandboarding, we offer a rental service on-site, and guests can easily walk to the dunes. Regarding nightlife, we are located 950 metres from Bar do Boni (a famous local bar), and the centre of Lagoa da Conceição is 3.6 km away, full of options for going out, partying, or simply having an açaí bowl in the late afternoon. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS IN THIS UNIT. Guest access: The loft is private. Only the outdoor area is shared with the other apartments. We do not have common areas.
