Péssima experiência
Quarto com mau cheiro ( cigarro) , banheiro sujo quando chegamos na área do box, travesseiros com cheiro ruim. Toalhas velhas e fedidas ( dificil de usar).Roupa de cama mau cheiro. Janela do quarto entrava água durante chuva. Cortinas mau conservadas. Aspecto de sujo. Armário da cozinha pingava água. Parte boa: utensílios de cozinha suficientes . Novos e em bom estado. Geladeira boa. Fogão bom. A piscina era limpada todos os dias pelo funcionário, não entramos mas estava com a aparência bem limpa. Vimos limpando mais de uma vez ao dia. Não gostamos da experiência. Funcionários prestativos. Nos atenderam em tudo que foi solicitado, porém a pousada precisa melhor muito nos aspectos acima citados.

A Pousada de um modo geral é boa e vale o preço da diária. O pessoal do local é bem atencioso, o quarto é bom e confortável, cozinha completa, estacionamento e piscina... Achei um pouco sem manutenção de um modo geral, janelas dos banheiros não fechavam direito e tinham frestas, vaso desacoplado do chão e gás do fogão meio estranho com um pouco de cheiro.

A pousada tem uma recepção que não fica aberta, nós chegamos na pousada e todos os números de telefone indicado na recepção não funcionaram e ficamos quase 1 hora esperando alguém da pousada para nos atender. Não bastante, o dono da pousada não encontrou a minha reserva e ficamos mais uns 40 minutos para resolver. O email da reserva foi parar na caixa de spam e devido ao cansaço da viagem e stress para entrar no quarto foi muito desagradável.
