It is a old building, but perfect location if you want to explore downtown florianopolis, for the price paid, I think I got good value. Breakfast was simple but does the job because all I need was some protein and coffee. All in all, worth a few nights stay

Although the staff organized well the room every day, the facilities need some refurbishment. The breakfeast is good. The courtesy of the staff is also positive.

I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room.
