La casa se encuentra ubicada sobre la ladera del morro que divide las playas de Pantano do Sul y Lagoinha do Leste. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, con fácil acceso al centro de Florianópolis y al resto de la isla. La casa tiene unas vistas inmejorables y puede alojar 10-12 personas con comodidad.
