PROXIMITY OF NATURE

The trail, which leaves from inside the condominium, starts with a wooden walkway suspended over the sandbank and leads to the beach, offering a memorable walk. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk of pure beauty, among natural vegetation, freshwater lagoons, and sand dunes. You can often see small animals of the local fauna, such as monkeys, toucans, blue jackdaw, clams and many others.

At the end of the trail you reach a well-reserved beach, most frequented by residents of the surrounding condominiums.
For those who like busier beaches, just walk another 10 minutes to the left to reach the excitement of Joaquina beach, famous for its surfing championships. Heading to the right we have Praia da Cruz and right afterwards Novo Campeche beach, beaches suitable for water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, swimming crossings, etc.

On the upper floor there are two beautiful suites with a balcony overlooking the pool, a library and a small gourmet space with a stunning view of the Dunes.

In the basement there is another TV room, kids space, service area and employee dependency.
