A lovely welcome upon arrival with the offer of an upgraded room! The staff were so helpful and kind to my partner and me. The room decor was a little dated but comfortable and spacious and the location, while it isn’t the most salubrious, is very central and close to everything. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay! Great quality food and service! Thank you!

Staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortbale. The buffets are very good and economical. The hallways and elevators smell musty.

Very good location,loved the breakfast it even had champagne! We ate at the restaurant on 2 nights loved it !very easy to get from center to close by highway to different parts of the city.

My family and I love the fact that the Public Market place was walkable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. However, what makes this place are the staff. They are friendly and they try their very best to assist you specially with the language barrier. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Please note: we were upgraded with our room. However we did pay an additional $R per night for the upgrade.

Close to the public market and all of the downtown stores are there. Anything you could want is within walking distance. Also close to the north south routes to wherever you want to go on the island. I was worried about the parking but the staff parked my rental car in a parkade across the street and retrieved it whenever I needed it. Free breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.
