Great location, great cleaning staff, elevator good, plumbing, a/c and noise control all good. Check-in was difficult befor 5 pm, and the WiFi/ internet never worked. Prince was very helpful getting me in and assisting with bags.

Good location, easy to access buses and Valletta. Room was smaller than expected. Check in was smooth, though 2 separate incidents in the 7 days meant we couldnt access the property or our room due to key issues. Some guests were given keys which effectively locked other guests and staff in and out. At best this was an hour of inconvenience, at worst this is a huge evacuation/ safety issue which we hope is resolved. Staff did try their best to help and were polite.

Highlights were the location. Air con worked very well. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. I wasn’t impressed with a few things. I booked the deluxe suite. Despite the pictures, I had no balcony. My small window was a mere dirty courtyard. When I called to ask where my balcony was, I was told the property didnt have balconies included, despite the pictures and description of the property. I also asked for dish soap to be refilled twice. Although staff came into the suite for light cleaning (I was there for 5 nights), this simple request went ignored. So I left dirty dishes behind. Light bolbs in various areas were burnt out. The table that was attached to the wall looked like it was loose and about to fall off. Very loose bathroom sink faucet. These faults should be obvious to the owner and house keeping staff.

Clean room. There were a couple of challenges with self check in but once I got a hold of staff the were helpful and assisted. The location of this property is a very close walk to Valetta making it ideal.

Valletta Centre close 10mn walk. Well appointed apartment, cleaned every day. Microwave/grill, induction hob. Sink no hot water (had to boil water) . There was no light or electric sockets in the kitchen, had to boil kettle on the shelf above the bed! There are plenty of sockets/USB connectors but not in the correct place. The hinged half table was to low for the kettle lead to reach the electric socket. H&S -beware the corner base of the bed is a prime target for toe's, OUCH!

Second part of our visit to Valetta, we had a Studio with small balcony - Room 3. Felt a bit larger than the room we had for the first leg of our trip. Room has good amenities (Fridge,stovetop,microwave,kettle,dishes...) Self check-in works great, you'll get an email withe codes to get in.

The first part of our trip to Valetta, we stayed in a very tiny studio - Room 7. It has all the amenities (fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, dishes...) but is very small for 2 people. Location is OK, in Floriana, a bit out-of-the-way, so very quiet, but close enough to Valetta and bus terminal, which is why we always stay in Floriana...We had been to Tritoni Hotel in previous years and though to try the Studios, I think we'll go back to the Hotel instead next time. But still love Tritoni.

Mixed bag

The reason for the hire score was due to the lifetime experience I had within the property due to the feast. However the room was slightly small and awkward for more than one person. Some things didn’t work properly or badly designed. The location is the best. Great area.

It was a renovated apartment, very fresh and clean. Calm street. The only thing that was bad was the damp smell in the bathroom maybe coming from the drain. But it was fine since by closing the bathroom door, the smell did not reach the bedroom

It’s clean and comfortable for a couple nights … shower does not drain properly and needs attention… room is small and comfortable was not a big concern for us .. nice little walk into Valletta .. bus station near … and couple nice local bars … we paid for panoramic view .. I think should be changed as nothing panoramic about view which is misleading… a small balcony but cannot sit on as not enough room but was ok 👌

Location is poor, but not terrible. 10 minute walk to Valletta. few amenities nearby. mattress, hard, uncomfortable. The “panoramic“ studio had a street view, which was at least an outdoor view, but far from what I would describe as panoramic. kitchenette area very tiny. bathroom shower leaked out onto floor. overall, it is decent for one person if you get it at a good rate, but in hindsight, I would definitely recommend paying just a little more to stay in Valletta proper

The location was fine but the room was awful de luxe studio ??? It was small, narrow. Nothing to cool the drawers were all shaky, the tv did not work .. I ended up being moved to an other room and the toilet did not flush .. we had to use the trash can and fill it up with water .. very romantic for a valentine day week end also the ceiling had mold I actually would like a full refund !

The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak english, but very few people from outside malta speak Maltese so this is maybe a bit unreasonable. Overall it was a good stay it was nice to have a little studio where i could cook make tea and heat up left overs etc. The water in the showers was very hot, the heating and cooling units worked very well

The location was great - a short walk into Valletta & to the bus station/stop to go elsewhere around the island. It was also situated on a quiet road traffic wise, but also near a little convenience store. The room itself was a little studio and contained most things you needed. However, there were a few issues - the TV didn't work (I didnt chase this up since don't normally watch). At first the heater also didn't work. I did mention this on the first day, but didn't get a reply, but then after a very cold spell, I called the office and then somebody was helpful and sent a technician the next day to sort this, so at least I had some heating for the rest of my stay. Also, the kettle had a european plug, but of course only 3 pin sockets in the wall. I again did originally Whatsapp this issue, but no response, but again when I spoke to someone they were more apologetic & helpful and did provide an adapter the following day so that I could use the kettle. On one day, after a staff member or cleaner had been in, my door was left open a little which I wasn't happy with. I don't believe anyone went in, but the doors need to be closed well. The main issue however was the lack of soundproofing as this was a key selling point for me. You could hear other people talking, closing doors (inside&outside ones), the water running through the pies & toilets flushing, the wind howling around the building. It was a particularly bad storm, but stlll was very loud. In all was good stay

Overall, I had a good stay. The accommodation is not as new as it looks in the photos, and there were quite a lot of small ants in the room. However, the staff and housekeepers were very kind and helpful. They regularly asked if I needed anything and were always available when I needed assistance.
