The host was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Everything was clean and updated, it looked to have been just remodeled! We were in Florence to visit our son and daughter in law. The larger clothes basket in the master bath and K-cups in the kitchen were a nice thoughtful addition. As was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both baths. It was very comfortable and clean.
