Small and cozy independent studio in the heart of Florence, ideal for one person and perfect for short stays while exploring the city. With about 12 m², the space is essential but well organized, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, the apartment is especially suitable for young guests used to climbing stairs. The two windows offer a pleasant view of the Bargello, adding a special touch to the central location.



The open-plan space features a sleeping area with an armchair bed (100 x 190 cm), a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV are also provided, making it easy to stay connected and comfortable.



Please note: the studio is very compact. The bathroom is small with a narrow shower, and when the bed is open, moving around is quite limited. For this reason, it is suitable for one person with light luggage.



Remote self check-in allows you to access the apartment independently at any time. Before arrival, you will receive directions to reach the entrance—please follow them carefully, as Google Maps may not show the exact spot. During your stay, I am always available remotely via the platform's messaging system.



The location makes it easy to explore Florence's main attractions on foot, with public transport nearby.
