Highly recommend this hotel! Perfectly situated in a great location, the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with the property manager Flavio going above and beyond to assist with all our requests. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay with wonderful breakfast
Amazing 6 days in Florence, couldn’t fault the accommodation. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedroom with tea & coffee facilities. Wonderful breakfast, great staff, especially host Flávio who was so helpful & welcoming. Very happy to recommend, less than 10mins walk from the Duomo.

Beautiful, spacious, and smells delicious
We had a wonderful experience, Flavio went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and beautiful; perfect part of town to wander and enjoy some night life. Would love to come back.

Our stay was extremely pleasant! Flavio was kind and showed great hospitality. He messaged us on WhatsApp to see what time we were arriving and if we needed any assistance. Great recommendations. Clean and Quiet
The owner was incredibly helpful and was very attentive. Although the hotel seems like it is in a busy location, it is sound proof. I am a light sleeper and was pleasantly surprised with the soundproofing. You heard nothing. The hotel area is also extremely clean.

Our short stay in Florence was our favorite while in Italy! Flavio is so incredibly hospitable, communicative, and helpful. The room was perfect and the bed was large and comfy! And the SHOWER!!? Photo attached. The room was also very quiet compared to the bustling neighborhood just outside. Amazing area for food and drinks, as well! The breakfast also looked and sounded yummy; we didn’t have a chance to try it. All around great stay!!! Couldn’t recommend enough.

This is a top-notch, ultra-modern property with really nice rooms and an unbeatably central location. Flavio runs the place with his wife, and spares no effort to see to their guests evey need. Without being asked he gave a wonderful recommendation for us to visit some of the small villages in Tuscany, and it turned out to be a highlight of our stay. The breakfast is good, with attentive staff. I visited with my elderly mom and aunt, and my daughter, and we were all blown away by how great value the place was for the price. Due to a change in plans we had to leave our car in Venice and Flavio arranged for it to be delivered to our home in Padova. Definitely stay here - you won’t regret it!

Amazing place Great Host
Amazing place and great lo atikn. Flavio is a great host. The place is nicely decorated with a great taste and lovely Florence decor. The breakfast was made fresh to order and include a nice Cappuccino. The room was comfortable with a nice and comfy bed. The bathroom is impecable and includes a nice shower with nice bath products from a local shop. We will defintely return.

My stay in Canto degli Aranci was one of the best travelling experiences I ever had. Centrally located, spacious beautifully furnished rooms, spotlessly clean bathroom. On top of that I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and excellent reception by Flavio. I especially appreciated him being available by chat to promptly reply my queries. Will definitely stay again when in Florence.

We loved the Canto Degli Aranci, the hotel was in the best location for seeing all of Florence. The service was top shelf and the hotel is so unique! We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Firenze
Flavio is an excellent host. Breakfast was above average. Room and overall facility was very clean, well maintained and in excellent condition. The facility is only two years old, with both a modern and and classic styling. Location is a pleasant 10 minute walk to The Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, but in a slightly quieter area of Florence.

Lovely B&B in Florence
I really enjoyed my stay at Canto Degli Aranci. Flavio and Marta are wonderful hosts! The location is right near Santa Croce and I found it to be perfect as I walked Florence quite a bit! There's a great gelato shop, Vivoli, not too far away and if you ask Flavio, he can give you awesome food recommendations. If I'm ever in Florence again, I'll be sure to return to Canto Degli Aranci.

It was nicely decorated, the proprietor was there to greet us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This BnB was immaculate, would definitely recommend.

This is the ideal B&B to stay at while visiting Florence. You are staying in a great location, you are provided with a very nice, comfortable and clean room with a very nice and always clean bathroom. The level of service provided by Flavio and everyone here is second to none, you are truly treated by absolute class and respect. We truly loved staying here and everything about it was top notch executed with class and respect. You will love breakfast each morning and sleep sound each night after enjoying Florence by day. This is an absolute gem and must stay property for all the right reasons. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful B&B!

The room was great! It was very spacious, very clean, very modern, and most importantly, very comfortable. The bathroom is very big, and all the fixtures are new. The facade of the building was under construction, so all of it was covered in plastic, so no view out the window, but one doesn’t go to Florence for the view out of a window, you go to walk and see, and the location of the property is ideal to walk to all the interesting places in Florence. Flavio, the manager of the property is very kind, helpful, and courteous. The only thing I would point out, is that the elevator starts on the second floor. So, one has to carry the luggage up the stairs from the first to the second floor. After that, it is easy! One more thing, the place is very secure and safe.

We had an outstanding vacation spent at this lovely and immaculate B&B hosted by Flavio and Marte. They were convivial, so helpful and charming. We would come back in a heartbeat! Fantastic bed and breakfast. Beautiful new renovation of a historic building in the city center. Walking distance to Santa Croce, Uffizi, Duomo, River Arno, etc. Hosts Marta and Flavio were great. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. My two teenage boys and I had more than enough room. The breakfast was great. Finally, the location was perfect. It was in a quite area but close to all of the sights. We would stay here every time we visit Florence.

We enjoyed our stay at Canto Degli Aranci. The room was very clean and very comfortable, so we spent a relaxing time. The living room was also very comfortable with light coming in through a large window. We also enjoyed breakfast. The place is secure and safe. Flavio is very wonderful and very helpful host. He recommended some very nice restaurants. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely stay at Canto Degli Aranci.

This bed and breakfast was immaculate! Flavio, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast. I really loved the interior design in the room and the common areas. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Very nice and clean bathroom. It was silent, even if it is very centrally located. The location is perfect, close to everything. I would recommend this to everyone, and I will return for sure!!

Esse B&B fez a diferença na nossa estada em Florença! Lindo, limpíssimo, bem decorado e com um cheirinho maravilhoso! Café da manhã muito bom, café Illy e chás no quarto, chocolates deliciosos e bolos e doces à disposição para aquela fome da tarde! Espetacular.
Maravilhoso! O serviço, quarto, banheiro, café da manhã são espetaculares. A escada para chegar no piso do hotel não é legal, mas o atendente ajuda e e super solicito. Amei! Super recomendo e, pertinho de tudo!
