The tram station is 7min away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only problem is the hotel restaurant and the restaurants along the street are not opened on Sundays, so you need to go to the central for a meal.

Property was decent. The rooms have everything you need and for the most part clean. We are very meticulous with cleaning so we noticed all the dust on the towel/heater warmer in the bathroom. We just cleaned it especially knowing that they had the towels hanged on it. There was also a musky smell but i wouldn’t say it was a deal breaker. The breakfast and dinner was very good. I am also a picky eater so i had a garden salad with grilled chicken. We were on the 4th floor close to the elevator and the people coming off late night were very noisy with their loud voices and slamming of doors. They volunteered to change our room but didn’t and the rest of our stay was fine.

2 years old, so it’s new & clean & the staff are all really nice people & super helpful m, there’s a kitchen to heat food a gym - it’s great & a ten minute taxi from the centre of Florence donuts quiet at night - highly recommended

Great place and clean room and toilet. Location is about 15mins walk from Firenze SM Novella station so it makes it convinient. Breakfast is also good and u can choose from euro10 for buffet or just ala carte is you are small portion eater

Comfortable, decent sized (walk in space to hand clothes!) and nice to have some outside space as well. Terrific value for Florence and closer to the centre than I expected - easy walking distance, but far more tranquil. Great staff and a really welcoming atmosphere. Only downside is that the air con seems to be set at 24 degrees (unless I failed to understand how to make it go lower) which is really hot for me and made it difficult to sleep.

This is an unusual ‘hotel’, being part of accommodation for university students. The facilities are super modern, spotlessly clean and really quiet and restful, particularly welcome after the crowds in the centre of Florence. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome and valued. We would definitely book a Camplus room again!

The property is new and huge inside a college dorm. The wifi is great and the rooms are huge and clean. However, it’s a bit outside the main area there are not much options for food and it’s a trek to go into the center.

This property was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were amazing and spoke great English. They had areas to wash clothes, hang out, play ping pong. It was really nice.

Great Place
Great place! EXCELLENT customer service! Shout out to the blonde girl at the front desk who was absolutely amazing. Rooms are nice, modern, and clean. Hotel is in a pretty good location. Breakfast was good. This IS a university so there are students around working and eating in the main lobby. One night there was some sort of commotion - no idea what it was but the noise got us out of bed. Otherwise a good experience overall. P.S. get the tiny chocolate muffins at breakfast - so good!

Best room ever!
It was one of the coolest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. Definitely the best hotel room of my European trip which consisted of 6 other hotels. Wish we could’ve been in that room the whole trip.

Nice stay
The staff are all kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean. It will be nice to have more soft bed and soundproof window as the railway is quite close. Overall is nice. we would love to visit again.

Schönes, neues Hotel. Zimmer sind geräumig und modern. Zur Innenstadt sind es nur 2 Haltestellen mit der Straßenbahn. Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Auswahl geben. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

피렌체 산타마리아노벨라역에서 조금 먼것빼고는 진짜 너무 좋았어요. 캐리어끌고 도보로 초행길에 20분정도 걸린것같고, 그 이후로는 길이 하나밖에 없기도 하고 외울수 있는 정도라 15분 정도 걸렸어요. 숙소 진짜 다른 유럽 숙소들이랑 비교도 못할정도로 깨끗하고 조식도 포함이라 아침마다 빵, 계란, 소세지, 베이컨 커피까지 잘 챙겨 먹었고 정말 너무 편하게 쓰다가 가요. 부모님이랑 같이 오신 분들은 숙소까지 이동거리 때문에 좀 불편할수있겠지만 전 피렌체 다시오면 다시 꼭 여기 쓸거에요

Jeg syntes det var veldig tiltalende, rent og moderne. Stor matbutikk 6 min unna hotellet, og enkelt å gå til og fra togstasjonen. Jeg anbefaler hotellet og reiser jeg til Firenze igjen vil jeg komme tilbake til dette hotellet.

Confort mais au milieu des etudiants
Tres bel accueil par Gabriel. Notre chambre (la 120) etait grande et agreable, plutot bien equipee (un vrai seche cheveux, un grand espace de rangement, une terrasse avec table et chaises, un frigo, un plateau d'accueil, un grand lit avec un matelas peut etre un peu trop ferme, des prises usb...) L'établissement est recent et offre de beaux volumes. Pour le petit dejeuner, pas de buffet mais un comptoir où l'on commande en fonction des propositions du jour, pas beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est adorable mais evitez d'arriver apres 8h30 car beaucouuuup d'attente et certains produits indisponibles. Par exemple le jus d'orange frais etait dispo que le 1er jour et vite en rupture. Possibilite de diner et déjeuner sur place. Lors du nettoyage de la chambre, etre attentif au reapprovisionnement des produits : un jour pas de gel douche, le lendemain pas de papier toilettes. Par contre serviettes changees tous les jours ce qui n'était pas indispensable à notre sens. Cote emplacement l'hôtel est à 10 min a pied du tram 1 (1,50€ le billet en direct de l'aéroport, inutile de prendre un taxi). Un arret de bus (le 20) au pied de l'hôtel vous emmene jusquau coeur de la ville sinon le Duomo est à 25 min à pied. Notre experience reste positive mais il ne faut pas negliger le fait que l'hôtel nest qu'une partie de l'établissement. Le plus gros est destiné aux etudiant et le soir ils sont particulièrement bruyant dans la salle du bas.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e gradevoli,la struttura è piuttosto nuova .il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.la colazione varia sia dolce che salata.grandi spazi comuni ed anche esterni.ci tornerò. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.autobus 20 per piazza san marco e T 1 per santa maria novella fermata Statuto.
