  • Charming apartment renovated and furnished by a famous interior designer, located in the historic center of Florence near Santa Maria Novella. The property can accommodate up to four people and includes a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and a panoramic attic suitable for relaxation or smart working.
    The property is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator and offers the possibility of 24-hour self-check-in via a key box, or free in-person check-in before 19:00 (after 19:00 there is a supplement).
    Extra services on request include luggage storage at a cost of 10€ per person and additional cleaning.


    City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
    For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
