Walking distance from court street, off of Tennessee street. We are next to a 55+ Apt complex and across from a childrens center, two blocks from college street! We love how close we are to downtown without being in the middle of the madness!

Very well lit at night and we have had our own family stay at this property before!

This apartment requires you to be able to use steps.

This property is still under small renovation in areas like common area hallways. The courtyard, shared spaces like patio, and your apartment are all 100% and ready for guests!! We hope you enjoy all we’ve done to try and preserve this buildings historic charm! Air matress will be available for use. Bedding is NOT provided for air mattress.
We have many rentals on property so if you need more than one apartment or have more people than one unit accommodates. Just DM us!

The property had a nice renovation and was spotless. The owner was quick to respond. However, it has a bad musty smell. The owner did try to resolve and it helped a little. However, it didn't last long. The bed was wire spring mattress and not very comfortable. The stand up shower was extremely tight. I am not a big guy and any one of size will struggle in the shower. There are better VRBOs in the area for a similar price and better location.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway
On the outside it doesn’t seem like much but when you walk in, it literally takes your breath away. I told my wife it made me miss living in apartments. Just absolutely was perfect for just the two of us. You could walk to almost everything Florence had to offer (we didn’t). Definitely would come back!
