"Beautiful property, well maintained, good food, activities for the kids were great. However throughout my stay, I have found the general level of customer service to be extremely disappointing. The staff, for the most part, have come across as unwelcoming, unfriendly, and, at times, outright rude. To put this into perspective, if I encountered approximately 25 staff members throughout the resort, I could genuinely say that only about 5 demonstrated friendliness, warmth, and a willingness to..."

"The resort is nice, it could be cleaner. Our rooms floor was not swept or mopped. A lot of heat was being generated by the mini fridge as well as from the large gap on the doorway of the rooms entrance which was letting hot air in. The AC had to be turned as low as possible to cool the room. We couldn’t get into the different restaurants. They either booked or closed!"
