"good hotel for just stopping through wouldn’t stay here for an extended trip has a good kitchen the only bad thing i could say is that the blankets are so thin i’d bring an extra if you visit"

"Room service and towels are not easy to get. Your room doesn’t automatically get cleaned daily and you to bring your dirty towels to the front desk for them to then go in the back to count and give the amount you gave them. Not enough staff to help with issues. “Management isn’t here, you can talk to them in the morning” or not enough staff to clean a room that should already be clean upon checking in with my belongings. You have to request kitchen utensils even though the room comes with a full kitchen. Things were more of a hastle than an easy stay in my option. & the free breakfast consists of snacks and coffee. Overall not impressed."

"The staff were awesome. Very professional. The first thing I noticed was the ac return filter was basically filthy. I contacted the front desk and they did have it replaced. The hotel had their palms trimmed while we were there. Unfortunately. You could not use the pool on a Sunday for most of the day. After the palms were trimmed, there was quite a bit of debris in the pool. I don’t know why you would trim during a weekend. We had a balcony room which overlooks the entrance carport area. The rooftop had a toothbrush, beer can and trash. One day while exiting the elevator. There was a person actually grabbing stuff of the trash can and eating it. With all this in mind. $200 + per night for this seems a far stretch. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. Hampton was always a very nice place to stay. Also. It seems they switched their out their mattresses. Not good. And, btw, one of our pillows actually had mold on it. The cover and pillow."

"My reservation was for a room with a king size bed but that isn't what i received at check in, I was not refunded nor compensated in any way. I was double charged due to one small mistake at booking. Upon arriving to the hotel to check in i was initially told they didnt see my reservation. I waited in the lobby for 30min and then the concierge said he could check me in. I was told he saw my reservation but unfortunately they were sold out of all king size rooms. So in short, i was double charged for a king size bed for the night but had to settle for a queen. On top of that, the guest next to my room had their tv blasting all night long. It really made it hard for my fiance and I to get a good nights rest."
