After my first night stay I could not get my room serviced...I needed clean towels and glasses and coffee cups and bedding..I went to the front desk to request for this service and she told me she would contact Housekeeping....When I returned to my room at 7pm there still was nothing done...I went back to the front desk and was told the manager told her that the service is done every other day.. I told the lady at the desk what I needed and she was kind enough to supply me with the items.. clean shower towels, hand towels and wash clothes, Clean Glasses, Coffee cups, a box of kleenex tissues, and more coffee for the coffee maker.. I needed toilet paper, but that was under lock and key and she will have to find someone to unlock the area so she could get me toliet paper..She was so kind to bring it to my room and set it outside my door.
