Room clean, restaurants clean, rooms need a little refurb as a little tired but beds very comfortable.
Staff in all areas very helpful and friendly.
We've only ever used the room not other facilities as we are here to visit family. The hotel is a great location. Nice and quiet. Room was comfortable and pillows were great.
The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were cosy too. Would stay again.

The room needs a good paint, stains up the walls, a few broken items, and furniture is looking worn HOWEVER the staff are brilliant and helpful and the place is very clean . Very good value for money and great position to visit Chester and Cheshire Oaks
A brilliant stay! Always choose here when I am in the area. Yan and his team are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Lovely to see the same " old faces" when I visit! Great stay. Keep up the great work. Dr Lynda Room 17! Xxx
11pm late check in staff left a key in a safe which was great but when we got to the room the door was actually ajar which is worrying when the rooms are accessed from outside and the car park is a car charging area with random people turning up all night. On the face of it clean and modern but very quickly you ca see the neglect. Bathroom very mouldy, broken internal window pane with sharp glass uncovered. The room was a first floor room accessed from a walkway to all the first floor rooms and yet the bathroom window is a velux window at head height without a blind or any coverage, so yes, people can genuinely see you in the shower. TV is turned on by one of 8 unmarked light switches in between the beds with no marking. Holes in the wall where fixtures used to be. Relatively low price point but not low enough that you’d expect this level of neglect. Positive that dogs are allowed but £15 charge despite all the flooring being laminate anyway so no extra cleaning required in my opinion. Also manky cigarette bin directly outside the door.

Location and parking were good. Room and bathroom a good size, but unfortunately decor inside was not good which let the stay down - room dated and decor not finished where lights had been moved, bathroom radiator rusty so unusable.
Was quoted £15 for a dog for our two night stay as per their website and email, but charged £25 stating it is £15 per dog, per night. Manager advised he would be updating the website, but did not honour the advertised price for our stay.
Overall disappointed with the stay as
Really enjoyed the comfortable stay.
Shame about the commotion and fight that happened in the evening from a private party spilling among the guests.
Would come again.
