We spent one evening at the hotel, the room was large and it was nice to have queen size beds. There was a baseball tournament and players staying at our hotel that took up the pool, so we did not use. It is in a good location with many dining options around and shopping. breakfast in the morning was well stocked and offered a variety of options.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless, and there were always fresh towels available. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Especially for the area we were very surprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. Aside from a few dirty spots on walls everything was perfect and we appreciated the kindness of the staff as well as the care clearly put into the property.

Very nice hotel for a family stay. The rooms are nicely appointed and the lobby area provided a very comfortable place for family members to spent time for breakfast and evening cocktails together. This is our second family stay at this hotel.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and ideal for our family of 5. The kids loved the shower, haha. The only thing that I disliked was the fact that this hotel didn't have microwaves in the room as other hotels do. I thought that was odd but overall it was such a wonderful stay. If all Hyatt hotels are like this then we'll continue booking when we travel.
