Clean room, clean hotel. I did not partake of the breakfast but it looked and smelled very good. I appreciated the staff welcoming me whenever I walked through the front door, classy. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Flint, Michigan.

This property is a perfect place to stay before a flight from Flint airport. There are many places to eat in the area. I felt safe here and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we left before the complementary breakfast started so we cannot comment on the quality however it is always nice to have a breakfast included

Convenient proximity to the airport and restaurants. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel could use an update. The carpet was very dirty and worn and the rooms had a musty smell. Some of the fixtures were broken and rusty.

The staff was Amazing! Whenever I stay at this location I feel so welcomed. The desk attendant, housekeeping, the breakfast attendant...everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Although the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay, I do hope that there are plans for upgrades or remodeling in the future. Nonetheless, this will always be my place of choice when I am visiting.

The location was great, the staff were lovely and the beds were clean. However… the hotel is extremely worn out. The seats for breakfast are cracked and peeling, the pool was shut down for two weeks, the furniture is extremely beat up, the mattresses were not great and the pillows must have been 40 years old. They were flat and lumpy and they shake them down in the sleeve to make them a throw cushion. Absolutely awful. Breakfast was just okay. The only fruit is apples. Protein is flat eggs and sausage. The whole hotel needs work.

We liked the location. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was good. The only suggestion is that the rooms are getting aged. There are things that preventive maintenance could work on. Trim coming off the walls, stains on the carpet, missing paint marks on the walls.

This Best Western was very affordable and had all of the amenities! The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were treated to a beautiful breakfast bar and spent the morning in the pool and sauna. This was a better experience than I’ve had at some expensive hotels. The service and facilities were much appreciated by myself and my children.
