  • The apartment is very well situated close to the beach one minute walk and WIFI Internet 24/7. Multi TV channels. The apartment is completely independent and private consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, dining area and balcony . The bedrooms are very spacious fully climatised leading to the balcony.At 60m walk, you would be able see and enjoy the blue ocean with white sandy beaches, swim in the tropical aqaurium with various and colourful fish or relax under the filao trees. The apartment offers our customers a fully furnished and nice place with your own washing machine,TV, DVD, huge fridge/freezer, kettle, oven and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning are provided in all the bedrooms and wall fans are also provided for your comfort. The manager is available any time for your comfort. Various water activities are found at the beach such as boat trips, snorkeling and fishing. The shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance where you can taste the local cuisine and Mauritian food.We wish all our clients an enjoyable holiday.

Excellent location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay @ Flic en Flac in January-March 2024. The property is very spacious, everything is at advertised, close to the beach and fine restaurants. The property manager has been responsive and very helpful. We recommend this property and plan to return again.

The property is close to Flic en Flac beach which is very handy. It is on two levels with bedrooms upstairs, one of the bathrooms is downstairs. Both bedrooms are spacious and one has an ensuite shower room with the toilet elsewhere but on the same level. The lounge and kitchen downstairs are spacious with a large TV with Wifi availability. The lounge has a fan while the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are restaurants nearby or grocery shopping at Winners a few miles away. The property is functional and reasonable value compared to some hotels. Some updating is required hence my average rating. The host is able to help with transfers which can be handy. A functional accommodation which with some updates such as blacked out curtains, updating mattresses and beddings, checking loose microwave connection and smoke alarms etc will warrant a 5 star.

Our alternitive stay in Flic en Flac

The apartement has a good location. You have a great view from the balcony on the ocean and mountains. It's nice to have your breafast on the balcony. It's extremely close to the beach,so it's real eazy to have a morning swim to start the day off right . Not far from restaurants and shops. Since we couldn't stay for the whole period of time in the place iwhere we first were, the owner Rishi offered this as alternitive. He threw in an extra 1 bedroom appartement so my son could also have his own place and even helped together with Chadien to move us. Like always we could count on Chadien for any problem that might emerge to solve it quickly. So as our alternitive stay it was definitely satisfying

Logement très agréable, à proximité du lagon à pied. Coin terrasse pratiquement à l'ombre tout le temps. Le gérant est au top autant pour l'accueil que pour sa disponibilité. Possibilité de transfert aéroport et de location de voitures. A recommander Je reviendrai !

Airbnb spacieux et proche de la plage

Appartement très pratique, proche de la plage de flic en flac, des cabanes pour manger, Super U ainsi que des arrêts de bus. Il y avait une petite fuite dans une des salles de bains mais cela ne nous a pas déranger. Merci à Chadien pour son accueil et le trajet retour pour l’aéroport ! À bientôt

Super logement près de la plage ! L'appartement à tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour. Arrêt de bus juste à côté et plusieurs restaurants. Emplacement très pratique pour visiter toute la côte est et pour faire de la plongée. Merci à Chadien pour toute l'aide apportée. Je recommande !

Super séjours à l'île de Maurice

Nous avons bien apprécié nos séjours à l'île de Maurice. Le logement est spatial et très bien situé, seulement quelques dizaine mètres de la place Flic-Flac. Le Gérant de l'immeuble est super sympa, il nous a organisé quelques excursions très intéressantes. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation. Merci beaucoup à Chadien qui est toujours à notre écoute et reste très amicalement avec nous. Grace à lui nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable!

Heel ruime woning met 2 slaapkamers . Zo dicht bij de zee ! Ongelooflijk ik wou dat ik terug kon gaan ! Alleen jammer dat er in de woonkamer geen airco is .

Zu wenige Handtücher, Bettwäsche, kein Spülmittel(fettiges Geschirr vorgefunden)keine Seife. Tauben auf dem Dach haben morgens Grössen Lärm gemacht. Man hat sich mit Allem arrangiert. Der Manager ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Eenvoudige accomodatie die verder uitstekend is bevallen. Ruime ouderslaapkamer met goed bed , goede airco's. Uitstekend beddegoed en lekkere luie rieten fautuils op het balkon en een beheerder die alles voor je wil doen of regelen.

Great apartment in flic en flac

Rishi was extremely helpful and communicative from the point I made my booking. I was very happy at The apartment and felt very safe as a woman on her own. Checking in was excellent and I was confident there would be someone at the end of the phone if I needed anything more. The apartment is perfectly located being minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Thank you for letting me stay on on my last day and for making me feel so welcome. 😊

Very good choice

Very spacious apartment with two air conditioned bedrooms. Apartment is very well equipped - there is everything what one may needs. The apartment is situated close to the beach in quiet district ( no barking dogs, no noisy neighbours, etc.). About a hundred meters away is to get the main road with a lot of shops/ restaurants. The apartment manager Chadien is very helpful and willing to assist in solving any issues. I will certainly come back next time to the same apartment which is perfect for quiet, relaxing vacation. I'm already missing Mauritius ;)

Des petits problème

Bon sejour Le problème il y a un bruit de pompe chez le voisin Elle ne s'arrête jamais C est dommage Du coup on ne se repose pas. Dans l annonce il parlait dune douche à l extérieur elle ne marche pas 😕 Je pense il y a des chose à refaire Cordialement
