This pretty holiday home of about 100 m² is ideally located by the sea, in a quiet area of the resort. <br>It is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a lounge area, a children's bedroom (sofa bed) with shower room and a separate toilet.<br>From the main room, you access a large room of 27 m² converted into an outdoor lounge (sofa, table, chairs, deckchairs) opening onto a terrace, on the sea side, where a gate will allow you to access the beach directly (pedestrian access, no cars).<br>Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms (2 of which have a communicating balcony and sea view), a bathroom and a rest or reading area (access staircase a little steep)<br>Air conditioning in all rooms and on the ground floor, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, etc...<br>Possibility to park one vehicle in the courtyard (street side) and another in front of the gate, in the street.<br>The beach is 30 metres away and the centre of the resort with shops and entertainment is 1 kilometre away.<br>The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor have 140/190 cm beds<br>The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a 140 sofa bed (preferably for children)<br>
