Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat for rent in Fleury, 500 m from the beach, with an unheated shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and sleeping area with double bed (140x190)
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A 15m² sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, fan.

Outside:
- A 17m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from June to September between 9am and 8pm, secured by barriers.

The house is ideally located in Fleury, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Access to the residence's tennis court
- Walk the garrigue paths leading to the Œil Doux chasm, a spectacular natural site nestling in the heart of the Mediterranean vegetation.
- Explore the Salins de Gruissan, a unique natural and salt-making site with spectacular colours.
- Visit the ramparts of Carcassonne, a UNESCO-listed medieval city just 45 minutes away by car.
- Cycle to the cabanes de Fleury, an old fishing village on the banks of the river and the sea.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
