Close to shops and 500 m from the beach. On the ground floor, a very lunimeux conditioned room with a beautiful very functional kitchen and a double sofa bed. Overlooking one side to a shaded terrace with barbecue, this is the perfect relaxation area. On the other side, an enclosed garden allows children to play in peace. The location of this home allows that one takes over the car to go shopping or go to the beach. Comprising two bedrooms upstairs, one with a large terrace with sea view, wc, washbasin and shower make it even more functional night party. Ground floor, large living room and kitchen overlooking two gardens make it a pleasant place where to live. Les photos ne sont pas tout à fait conforme. Les deux télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas, aucun réseau dans la maison. On m’avait dit qu’internet serait installé lors de ma réservation or il n’en était rien. La baie vitrée était cassée impossible de la fermer et de partir de la maison sans fermer le rideau électrique. Leider stimmte die Entfernung zum Strand/Meer mit 350m nicht, es waren ca. 750m. Für unsere fünf köpfige Familie hat das Haus reichlich Platz geboten. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Geschoss haben wir nach den Strandbesuchen sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sowie der tolle Strand sind bequem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. La maison est très bien située, à 10 min à pied de la plage, des restaurants, des commerces, des marchés. Maison propre, bien décorée. Il n'y manque rien. Terrasses agréables et terrains clos idéales pour la sécurité des enfants. Quartier paisible. Je vous recommande vivement cette location. ##### Laurence a.
