Cozy three-bedroom apartment 100 meters from the beach in a new residential complex.

  • Apartment classified as Furnished Tourism Ideally located 100m from the beach and 350m from the centre of the resort. This cosy apartment can accommodate 5 people + 1 baby, it is located on the 3rd floor and offers a nice view of ★★★ the Pyrenees and the sea.
    Decorated with attention, this T3 offers beautiful services (connected TV will allow you to spend a pleasant stay with all comfort.
    It includes:
    An equipped kitchen open to a living room with television, non-convertible sofa.
    A first bedroom with double bed (160x200) and storage cupboards + TV.
    A second with bunk bed (double downstairs and single upstairs), both with sea views.
    A bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. It should be noted that bed linen is provided but no bath.
    Finally, a pleasant exterior of 13m² facing SW, well equipped which allows you to take full advantage of the sun but also of a corner of partial shade very appreciable in the middle of summer.
    Private closed individual garage of 19m² at your disposal to store your equipment and beach toys for example.
    Once parked, everything can be done on foot.
    Pets are not allowed and smoking is allowed outdoors only.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment just a few minutes walk from the beach and the daily outdoor market. Great location, clean interior with dishwasher, friendly host, responded to inquiries quickly.
