"Check in was a bit long - the woman at the front was obviously trying to figure something out but it took her 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Once she finished what she was doing - check in went fine Bed was comfortable room was clean and staff in the morning felt much more approachable The site says airport shuttle available - when you ask them they tell you that’s a cab and it’s 20 euros. Airport shuttle should not be on this site."

"A very nice hotel tucked away in the middle of Clervaux. Difficult to find the entrance to the car park underneath the property, and the short walk outside to the rooms could be a problem, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. The spa area is wonderful."
