  • This modern 2-story cottage is nestled in the forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home has several relaxing outdoor options including a hot tub in the backyard, a front porch with a large dining table, and a beautiful upstairs balcony with comfortable furniture and amazing views!

    This home is centrally located just 25 mins from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate; 30 mins from the Airport; 35 mins to Black Mountain, Chimney Rock & Pisgah Forest. Close to several outstanding vineyards!

    This mountain cottage is highlighted by the 1st-floor porch and the stunning second-floor balcony on the front of the house. Inside, the first floor boasts an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The back door leads to a small backyard with a Hot Tub!

The home is set up with brand new Starlink wifi (installed Oct 2023). These much-improved Wi-Fi speeds are ideal for remote work, streaming shows, and web browsing.

    The second floor consists of two separate bedroom suites and a small laundry room. The master bedroom on the right has a King Bed, a desk/workstation, walk-in closet, bathroom, and a private balcony. The guest bedroom on the left has 2 queen size beds, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
