The interior features high-quality vinyl flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. A separate dining area provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals together in private. The bathroom offers modern comfort with a toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, and a bathtub with shower. For added convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a private washing machine, ironing facilities, and a clothes drying rack.
