Enjoy the intimate atmosphere of a completely renovated town house from 1825, which has preserved its original charm, and the many, in the immediate vicinity leisure activities such as the harbor promenade, the popular pedestrian and Nordermarkt with cafes and restaurants. Viele Geschäfte und Lokalitäten fußläufig zu erreichen Wer die Stadt, mit all seine Annehmlichkeiten und "Problemen" mag, ist hier genau richtig. Gute Ausstattung, zenral gelegen. Da dierekt in der Nähe des Nordermarktes gelegen, sind viele Geschäfte und Lokale fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei schönen Wetter kann man sich tagsüber in den vielen Cafes und Lokalen aufhalten, bzw. in der Großen Straße und weiter am Holm verbringen.
