"Of the 4 hotels, on 3 different islands, this was the most disappointing. Let’s start with the room key, what modern hotel still issues a physical key? It reminded me of a roadside motel. We killed over 20 mosquitoes in our room and slept with the mosquito net (provided) closed both nights. The room decor is ikea gone wild. The fitness center is a joke. There is not really room service. The room towels are cheap. The bathroom has only a single sink and a weird square toilet. The beach had very big waves, unsafe for going into the water! The grounds were unkept, the grass needed mowing. Meals at the only restaurant were ok, nothing noteworthy. The pool is very big and quite nice, the highlight of this property. It’s an extremely steep cab ride to get there. All told this is probably a 3 star resort at best."
"Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. There are bikes all around the property which make it fun and easy to get around the large property. Hadn’t ridden a bike in many years but it came right back. Villas have outdoor showers. The fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve ever seen. The beach was really nice, very few waves but a small amount of smooth coral. Our meals at Reef House and Pavilion were amazing. On our rainy day, we ventured into Spanish town, save your time it wasn’t worth the time. With no large suitcases you can walk from the ferry to the resort. If you are looking for a 5 star Virgin Gorda vacay, book here!"
"We loved staying here! The room was clean. The hostess was so friendly and knowledgeable about the island! The food at the restaurant was great! Service was excellent! Rent a boat at the marina which was a fun time out on the water! Everyone was friendly!"

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely wonderful stay at sea change. Hosts were fabulous with communication, and meeting up with dinner the first night -- that was so so helpful! Snacks and beverages onsite as well. Recommend this house and host 100%. House had great views - love that we could open the whole front wall. Access to the Wyndham pool and beach is wonderful as you don't have to drive to find a place to relax -- it is there for you. House was in great shape and had all you needed. Really appreciated Matt and his wife as they helped us when we missed our flight and came in a day late. They also had great recommendations for car rental, dinners, beaches to visit, etc. Book now!"
New Construction Oceanfront Home/Pool Private Walk To Beach
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay and Mindy was the best! The outdoor space was everything we wanted and being close to SugarCane and to the beach was perfect. We were surprised that the washer and dryer were not available for guest use, but the housekeepers would do laundry. Also, if you're a TV person, there's currently only one TV in the lower level bedroom."
Panoramic Ocean Views, Secluded Beach, King Bed and Outdoor Shower
10/10 Excellent
"From the first look out over the water, we knew we found the right place for our much needed vacation. The guest cottage was perfectly beautiful and comfortable. The view! The beach was beautiful and great swimming. We explored Tortola, rented a boat and explored different islands, ferried to Virgin Gorda, all with ease and being in the perfect location. The property is a garden oasis and so well cared for. The pool is refreshing and peaceful. Thank you Pearlette! "
