Housekeeping was also a major issue. I had my Do Not Disturb sign on, yet staff entered my room twice without knocking. I told them we were checking out the next day (we had to use Google Translate since they didn’t speak English), and they acknowledged it. Despite that, about an hour later, another housekeeping staff member tried to enter again while I was getting dressed. Thankfully, I had the safety chain on. To be honest, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food at the restaurants was also underwhelming, and prices were extremely high (for example, $10 for a bottle of Fiji water). On the last night, a group of about 10 people were partying loudly in a nearby room for over 2 hours. There was no response from security or management, despite the disturbance.
