"We didn’t even stay here. We booked the wrong location and they wouldn’t even answer the phone to speak to us. However, hotel.com contacted them for us and they refused a refund or any sort of resolution. "

"Beautiful hotel, super retro vibe. Staff was very nice. Pet friendly. Unfortunately our room didn’t seem ready as the amenities inside were lacking and the bedding wasn’t clean. There was also a dead bug in one of the beds. Hopefully this was a one time event because it is a really nice location! "

"When I checked in, the front desk lady gave me a room that was not ready. The door to my room was wide open. Housekeeping lady was still changing the bedsheets and cleaning the room. I guess they do not communicate at the Greentree Hotel. And when I came back from a trip my room key would not open the door to my room. And for breakfast, the waffle machine was making my waffles raw, even though waffle maker did ring to let me know it was ready. I’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times in the past and never had any problems until this time. 😞"
