Welcome to our cute and cozy single-bed condo located in the desirable Continental Country Club. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this space offers a private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation, a gas fire pit to warm up under the stars, and an Xbox for fun nights in. Enjoy access to nearby hiking trails, golf, and dining. Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, you’ll feel right at home in this inviting getaway.

*Although the home is equipped with heating for winter months, we do NOT have A/C for
the summer months. *

Here is the layout of the home:
-Entrance-
After you pass the front door, you will descend serval stairs to enter into the living room.
-Condo-
After you enter into the living room you will have access to the back deck through a sliding door, the bedroom that has its own door for privacy and a full bathroom There is a closet with bifold doors in which the laundry units are located.
-Bedroom-
Queen bed, dresser w/vanity for clothing and item storage. Sliding closet door with hangers.
-Bathroom-
We have a walk-in shower, toilet and a sink. Soaps for showering are available at the home.
-TV`s-
Both the Bedroom and living room have smart TV`s. Guests must log-in into their own accounts for access.
-Living room-
We have two comfortable reclining leather couches in the home with throw blankets. The entertainment system is also equipped with an Xbox with virtual games preinstalled.
-Back deck-
The back deck has access to exterior string lights, Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit for guests to use.
