Imagine waking up in the morning to the spectacular views of Silver Lake and the Intracoastal Waterway and watch the dolphins and manatee's play. This condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has views of the Intracoastal Waterway, access to the screened lanai, oversized closet and ensuite. The beach is just a short three minute walk where you can relax your feet in the sand and be memorized by the views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean Marina community features a solar heated (no temperature control - based off of outside temperature and sun) community pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, tennis court and outdoor picnic area with bbq grills! This condo is truly a hidden gem in Flagler Beach. \*\*Note there is a 90 day minimum stay per HOA requirement. \*\* Please Note - There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline potentially starting Summer 2026\. Certain areas may be blocked off while working. Visits from Dolphin and many variety of shore birds were a delight.I was also possible to watch Spacex rocket launches from the balcony whe they launched from Cape Caneveral.The development is located a few minutes from downtown Flagler Beach.
